So how fast does it wear down? Will it last through 1,000,000 bb's or only 500,000 (or am I not even close)?

Locksmith, I wish I could get some thick aluminum sheet for vortex blocks, but I can't. I also find it slightly unnecessary, as I have been using one acrylic block for 8 months, probably about 5000 BBs a week, and the only sign of wear is a scratch in the top of the vortex hole.
Los Frijoles, a Bondo block usually lasts about 100,000 shhots with airsoft, or 30-60,000 with metal BBs.
