inline bbmg or a regular t shaped bbmg

There's really not much of a difference in difficulty, though if you aren't using a spring/plunger I suspect the tee will feed better.

average person be able to build this

While we do have military designers and the like on here, BBMG's aren't that complex, and could be made by someone with basic fabrication skills and understanding. Shouldn't be a problem.

sells vortex blocks

Nope, though you can buy a complete BBMG from places like Piper. It's cheaper to build your own. Also, if you had schematics for a certain part there are several people (including moir) that could have it made.

in order to use co2

You'll of course need the CO2 bottle, a CO2 regulator to bring it down to your working pressure, a hose to attach it to your gun, backpack setup if required and fittings

which air nozzle

Just a normal inline blowgun, available for a few dollars at the average hardware store.

In the future, some basic grammar and punctuation would help get your post answered quicker..

But welcome to SpudFiles :)

And finally, a helpful link for you..

vortex caps are the easiest becuase you don't have to build a vortex block at all you should take a look at those
