Setting up a fire extinguisher?

This area is for the discussion of BB or airsoft sub machine guns, and or other small arms such as pellets.

Probably one of the first two on the spec sheet.

Doesn't look like it. The cylinder is about 518mm tall (not including the valve), 102mm diameter. The markings give it as a 200 bar test pressure, 3.00L water capacity and 2.92 kg tare weight - so it doesn't match anything on that page.

You may have to use one as a "sacrificial lamb" to remove valve.

As I have seven of the things, I'd considered it. But I know that I wouldn't be able to get that much use out of such an excessive launcher,
and it's not really ideal anyway (a 3 litre chamber with only a 25mm thread at the neck is pretty limiting), so I'm not big on the idea of writing one off for it.

Also, seven may not go as far as it sounds - the plan is to combine several (probably 5) into a high pressure bulk tank, so there aren't really many spares for other projects.

Daft idea #472: Use a fire extinguisher as a HUGE silencer.
