Question about Epoxy

I recently visited a similar retailer and the results are really amazing, can't help you with specific products though.

Thanks, I've been going over their products & videos for days now, but can't figure out which product to use.

Bascially you want a silicone material for the mould, and a hard plastic for the actual part. I'm sure if you explain these needs to a local outlet they will help you out ;)

It might be more effective to just ask your machinist friend if it would be worth his time if you offered a little "incentive". :D

I ended up doing a quick fix with JB Weld, it has been holding (for now).

A friend of a friend is a dental technician. He offered to have a look if or when the part breaks again. He thinks the material used to make dentures should be more than adequate for my needs.
