Is that ABC bubble core dwv???? Good job on it, it looks good for your first pne, but try getting some pressure rated pipe. You probal could use but I think you should get SCH 40 pressure pipe. Good job

Pete Zaria pressure tested Cellular Core ABS to 100PSI and it held it in, combustions produce a maximum 50PSI. Your safe, if you want double check with Pete Zaria.

ABS is fine in combustions, its alot better than pvc too.
Its lightweight. doesn't need paint job, in my opinion its made with higher quality. And it doesn't shrapnel

You might want to cut the chamber off and replace the coupler and cleanout adapter, because the cleanout adapter appears to have bottomed no more than half way into the coupler.

fom wrote:combustions produce a maximum 50PSI.

That depends upon alot of variables. Among them: the fuel/oxidizer used, the burn rate of the fuel/air mixture, the static and dynamic friction of the projectile, the heat conductivity of the chamber walls, and the shape of the chamber. Short of mind numbingly complex computations, it is difficult to estimate the actual combustion pressure.
