Higher voltage won't directly affect igntion by producing more heat, but it will allow more current to flow. But if you take into account wattage, then a lower voltage stun gun will produce more current thus more heat.
iknowmy3tables (God, how do you go signing in), I don't have a large download allowance so I didn't get the joke.
