Hey ya know ya should do is go to a real plumbers supply.
Draw a pic w/ numbers show it to the guy, tell 'em all pressure rated parts. Lowes and those places they dont know $hit. Ya have to buy all long pipe ,
I doubt they will sell short sections.
I went to a big supply yard and the yard man cut a 2' hunk 6" , 2'of 2"
and cut a section of sdr-21 in half (10' ) and sold it to me for FIVE BUCKS.
I went back w/beer+ soda, we were both happy.

Only use cellular core pipe if it is made of ABS.

Solid wall ABS is the best combustion gun building material.

ilovetoblowthingsup wrote:K....So basically any pipe besides ABS and Cellular core will be okay?

ABS is fine.
and for your average combustion(aerosol, deodorant, hairspray) cell core pvc
should be fine.
I have used it with no fail.
But if you have the money/time, go out and get yourself some solid wall abs or pvc.
Both of which work great.
