This is my 5mm Marker gun it uses 4.5mm bbs with a little wadding it can shoot through 2 sheets of bristel board. This gun has a 5mm 4'' long aluminum barrel. The body of the gun is 3/4'' type M copper pipe which is 4.5'' long. The piston is 3/4'' wide by about 3/4'' long this is piloted by a shrader valve. All parts are epoxied in.
Update:I added a video of it firing yeah I know funy nod and sorry no sound.

Love the whole Christmas Story theme warning sticker. What pressure do you run at?

Have you considered other air sources, say, CO2? One of those CO2 bike tire thingies would be great for this thing, and allow more than 300psi, which means you may be able to put a BB through more than just bristle board Twisted Evil

Oh yeah, and for your next warning label, have a look at this site.

I tried useing that generator but ther was a problem with the resizing but I like the label I have now.
Edit: I already concidered that maybe I will use a co2 thingy.

Hell I like it!
It reminds me of JSR's pen gun.

Truly awesome! Power in a small package

Great job!!! Looks like one JSR built in the pen gun post.
I was thinking something that size will fit in a flashlight poach on your belt.
I wish I had something like that to plink with.

Excellent, well done Smile and yes, the nod was extra, but otherwise, nicely built. What pressures are you using?

I am also thinking of putting a endcap with a hole in it on the piece of pipe that goes into the 1/2''x1/2''x3/4'' tee so that the pipe doesn't slice into the piston sealling face did I mention that my pump is similar to btbs pump? I think that is what got him in the face the sealling face was sliced into. This way my pump could get to higher pressures.
EDIT: God damn it I double posted again sorry MC.
