Well spudfiles, I've been quite busy with this project for the past few weeks.
SPECS:
Valve: 1/4'' QEV from ebay piloted by a 1/4'' slide valve also from ebay.
Chamber: 1/4''x6'' steel pipe nipple
Barrel: 30'' Brass tight bore Airsoft barrel cased in 1/2 PVC
Operating pressure: 25-450psi (so far)
Air source: remote (backpack ) Paintball HPA tank and regulator.
Magazine: 12 round, spring loaded, non-removable magazine.
(the magazine is non removable, and is loaded by sliding the follower all the way down, where it locks, and then loading through a port in the side of the mag.)
Scope: I bought the scope today at meijer, 8 dollars for a 14x zoom cross haired Tasco scope....
This gun is true semi-auto, and fires with each pull of the trigger.
I cannot pull the trigger faster than it will shoot.
The stock was made from a 2x6, and took aprox... 4 hours.
Photos:
This gun will happily punch through the bottom of a pop can at as low as 50 psi. At 450 psi a 20g king Armour BB chips my sidewalk.
I hope to take a damage video soon.

Video was taken at 250psi. (not Airsoft war safe.)
This different sounds in the video are caused by a few doubble feeds.
My detent seems to be a little lose. hahah.... also about halfway through shooting... i ran out of ammo(12 rounds), and after that was loading them 1 at a time into the clip.

Yes, i used to be a noob. I have learned alot though, and now realize the limitations of my cannons.
This particular cannon would never even shoot close to that kind of range.... simply because of the tiny, light projectile, and the low amount of energy involved.
Any ways, back on topic... what do you think of the stock? i am particularity proud of that stock... hard to tell in the photos... but it is very rounded.... and looks pretty darn good if i say so myself.

Yeah, I forgot to say... The stock looks REALLY cool. It's very original and almost futuristic looking (being so curvy I guess)... Great job
