hello I was wondering about led and aluminum do you think that you could use a small section of aluminum airsoft barrel to cast 6mm lead slugs in? scince lead doesn't *stick* to aluminum you could easily pop them out right?

I was just thinking that it would be unique I don't think anybody did it before. maybe you could counter sink out the back of the little piece of alum. pipe creating a flare out that you could use in a 8mm barrel

Nova did something along those lines (the flared bit).

As I recall, it worked quite well.

A small tip for casting lead into an aluminum mold - pre-heat the mold.

Gives much nicer slugs.
