| Not sure if I should put this here but o well. The air compressor I have goes up to 100psi and only holds 1 gallon. I'm almost finished my bb gun and it is going to be a pain only having 1 gallon of air. I'm trying to decide if I should get a huge tank and fill it up with my current compressor or get a new compressor. I'm leaning towards just getting a tank because I saw an 11 gallon tank that can hold up to 135psi at Home Depot for only 35 bucks. I will probably be using my money so do you think that will work for what I want or am I better of trying to get a new compressor and asking my dad to chip in for some of it? |

| You can get that and try to find a small compressor to piggyback on it. 135 psi with an 11 gallon tank will lose pressure really fast if nothing is pumping in. But yeah, I'd buy it. You can always get like a 2 or 3 gallon compressor for less than 50 bucks later. |

| Hey, you're actually quite lucky. I've got an 11 gallon carry tank that I've gotta top off every night with a bike pump. |

| Yeah I can still use my other compressor to piggyback it I don't need a new one. So mark are you saying I should use it? Do you use it for a bb gun?Does it work well? |

How big is your other compressor, volume and horsepower.
For example, if you used a 3 gallon, 1 hp compressor piggybacked to the 11 gallon tank, it would basically be a 14 gallon, 1 hp compressor. It should work fine. |

| China-mart (wall-mart) has 8gallon tanks for $20(us.). I’d just get the china-mart one and save $15. you got a air compressor. Think of it this way you could get an 8gallon tank or you could pay an extra $15 for 3 more gallons. |

1 psi !?!? thats one lame compressor man...lol i made mine i just got a 1hp compressor for 10$ from a friend and hooked up 2 12 gallon tanks i had sitting around to it there both rated to 150 psi so i basicly got a 150 psi 24 gallon air compresser for 10$ =) |

| It takes forever to fill up, though, doesn't it? I have a 25 gallon, 2 1/2 hp compressor that is 40 cfm at 90 psi, 6.5 cfm at 40 psi. but, since it is 25 gallons, when it is filled up to 155 psi(maximum pressure) It only takes a minute or so to fill my big cannon to 40 psi. I got it for my birthday last year. |

| Whoops i thought i put 100 sometimes my keyboard gets messed up. No it goes to 100psi. Still even with the compressor I have it would take a while to fill but I just want to be able to fire for more than like 2 seconds. So I think I will just get a new tank. If I can't find anything better than 11gallons for 35 bucks then I will buy that one |

| So you'll have a compressor that's 12 gallon and probably 1 hp for only 35 bucks. It will take a while to fill the tank up, but it'll still work fine. |

| put, say, a 150 psi pop off valve on the tank, then put in some dry ice. no compressor required! |

| sometimes there is a big steel plug on the side. just unscrew it. then before you put it back in, and to prevent leaks, put some grease on the threads. |
