| Pic Description: |
I made a new gun today, for around $40 Canadian without the ignitor. Chamber is 2"x12" and the Barrel is 1 1/4"x60". Main ammo will be D-Cell batteries, film canisters and other stuff, it is breech loading, the ignition is in the back. Also before you mention this, it is made out of ABS which I trust completely.
Note that I didn't use a clean out, but a cap glued to a male threaded adapter, which is safer.

UPDATE: I scraped the twist ignitor from my old gun |

| That is a pretty nice cannon. Smart thinking on not using a cleanout but using an endcap. Trusting abs, I agree with you completely. |
