that is the weirdest way to ask a question
I think the ball is a safety or for muzzel loading, open it, and there wont be air trapped behind the projectile, thus making loading the gun easier
i thing the black solenoid valve is different because it's cheaper, another big valve is not nessisary
just my opinion |

Salad tosser got it right on (it's my cannon, lives under the deck at my house). The small vavle is because, well, it's small. I didnt need the flow of one of the bigger ones, so I wanted to make it more compact.
The ball valve it to make it posible to load this sucker. Ramming something home down a 8' barrel is hard enough without it wanting to pop out! |

that is the most complicated cannon i have seen so far
how long did it take you to build this..this thing
i have made a single solinoid gun and it took me 2 days to build (but i modded myn to be let off pneumatic)
yer so how fast does it shoot at
wat psi does it use
