So something this complicated is going to take a lot of parts.
Ive gotten about 50% of the stuff in so far.
I am going to sell those 3/4 Qevs and use 3/8s
4x 5/8s actuators
2x 1/8th 4 way solenoid
1x 3/8ths 4 way solenoid
3x 3/8ths QEV
4x 1/8th QEV
2x 1.5" Piloted actuator Pulse Valve
Thats a 2.5" T, This is designed based on a AutoCocker paintball Gun, and will work with the same action. The housing is 2.5" PVC while the bolt will be 2" PVC. I should have the remainder of the gear in middle of January, so im hoping to have something assembled by feb 1.
The electronics for this are all on a Custome PBC.

| Looks like a good start. Care to give any details on how it's going to work? |

looks fiendishly complex and there's spent cartridges involved, you have my attention looking forward to seeing this work, since you're using standard components you're practically guaranteed success. |

Kid of that cannon has several Problems.
1. Recharge Rate.
2. Cyclic Rate
Each barrel can only fire every 2-3 seconds due to the time it takes to recharge the roughly 60 CUi chamber.
Mine will take under 30 ms to do the same. Mine will also not fire if it is under charged.
The way he has his cylinders set up he moves the whole barrel forward about an inch. That is a lot of inertial mass to get going and move at a high rate of speed.
I have a 8" bolt that i move about 1". The barrels stay in the same position.
THe loader is similar except do to mine ROF, i have a force feeding mechanism behind mine. And my clip is 16 Catridges. |

Its not a QEV its a 1.5" pilot Assisted Diaphragm Valve. with a CV of 53. It has a 4" diaphragm over the 1.5" opening when the pilot is released it provides sickening flow, from the vendor these are $220 each
Action is Almost exactly like a QEV speed is about the same.
The chamber is just not filled via the Input..
THink of it like a bad Ass Sprinkler valve at 1.5" with a faster action
I have 8 of them now i can sell you one for $100+shipping they weight about 3 lbs. |

damn i wish i had a 1.5" pilot assisted diaphragm valve, is a Cv of 53 good? because if i find one on ebay i will buy it despite the bsp-ntp problems i would have
edit: $100 + shipping is very tempting, 1" qevs in the uk are ~ £80 which is $160 dollars so £50 for a 1.5" is a good deal although as i said above i would have thread problems |
