LMAO! *Drools* Would be awesome. I suppose you could open up your natural gas line. (LPG) Hardly 3000psi though. Hey... wait a second... Couldn't you fill containers like that? Quite cheap I would imagine.

LOL... Well, if you look at the south side of the street in the link.... THere's about 80,000 pounds of air storage there.

So what would you guys do if I also mentioned that we have both liquid oxygen and liquid nitrogen capabilities?

probably kidnap you and bargain your life for the entire research facilities...
...On a good day...
You are very lucky that I just finished with all of Chemistry for the year, otherwise I would probably do something involving a cheese grater... You don't want to know...

Or better yet, hose you down in liquid oxygen!

We now know their location!
Lets go down there and steal one of the pumps at night....
Replace it with an air compressor so they dont notice....

No need to compensate see ;p

But seriously, for chamber volumes bigger than a couple of cubic inches, a shock pump gets very dreary.

...or you can build a fridge compressor to get much more than 300 psi

the only drawback is that it requires electricity

Do fridge compressors run on "high" voltage from the power outlet? Or is there a transformer between?
If it uses 12 or 24 volt you could also run it from a car battery in the outdoor.

if it's 12 volt a battery from a from a drilling machine is cheaper.

Yeah that's what first got my attention, they were like $14 without postage.

You can direct debit you know, deposit money into their bankout by banking online... Smile

AFAIK fridge compressors run on 220V or 110V (depending where you live)

Well the pump arrived, it's great. Get's to 260psi easily enough.

The only thing that bothers me is that the pump guage is way off. Like if I pump till the pump guage says 260psi, the cannon guage will only say about 220psi.

I've tried several guages, on several cannons and I get the same result.

Any logical explanation i'm missing out on?

They are cheating you out of you money? Sounds logical enough to me...
send it back and demand that they pay the postage for deliberately falsely advertising.
