Hey guys,
Thought i'd dip my feet in the bb gun section of the spudding community.
And this is what i came up with:
I use beads for ammo from crazy's. they measure about 5mm and the brass tube i have has an internal diameter of about 5.5 so they fit rather well.
My poly pipe end cap has a rubber gasket in there so no thread seal tape is needed!
I will have damage up soon, even at 40psi this rips through cans, havnt had a chance to fully test it yet at higher pressures.
comment and criticize

Thats a nice looking gun. I like the ingenious use of camo cloth and electrical tape. |

| Its so simple... I love it. What about clear fishing line or cable ties instead of black tape? |

Yeah i am with Watto on this one Carl. I dont know why you didnt use something a little more inconsipicous as a tie down for the camo.
But it still looks like its in for some serius fun and i am sure it will be used for some time to come.
Also carl what have you put around your barrel (liek what size is it?)
But i am still loving it aswell as knowing it can go through the West Aus Paper at 110 psi in a 2 second burst.
Great work carl hope to see more, mainly your golfball gun.

Oooh. Quite simple, how well does it shoot?
Accuracy wise? |

its pretty acurate as far as i have tested it, i ghetto mounted a red laser on it and was shooting up a 3" target at 15m, but thats the furtherest i have tested it distance wise, when ma rents go out ill test it more for distance. |

| Spherical projectiles tend to curve alot at long ranges. You don't neccessaraly need hop-up, just some sort of spin. |

yea the hole might have something to do with it, i was just looking for an answer.
so a hop up would stop the curve? |

| Most likely would. It keeps the bb's from spinning randomly from the imperfections in the barrel that they hit. In other words, it forces the bb's to have a uniform spin direction. In this case, backspin, which is nice because it keeps the bb's going on a level flight path. Its how I got mine to quit fussing... |
