sorry i know this is probably a super noob question but i must ask ..im building a pneumatic with a 3" chamber and a 1.5" barrel but im wonder which way to convert them down to my 1" sprinkler valve 1.) should buy a 3" female end then use a series of threaded brushing to get it to 1 "(i dont know how to do this i just saw it once) or 2.) should i buy some 1" pvc to just use bell adaptors and then brushings to attch it to the valve

I would just get a 3" to 1" bushing and a 1" to 1 1/2" bushing.
