how much does your copper cost?

in Norway i must shell out $50 for 80" of 1/2" DWV

I'm pretty sure it is similar all over america.
And to me the prices here are excpencive, maybe just get underpaid.
And might want to fix the spelling of the title.

Copper fittings cost twice as much as pvc fittings over here in texas, but i dont know about the pipe.
