I made a new gun today, for around $40 Canadian without the ignitor. Chamber is 2"x12" and the Barrel is 1 1/4"x60". Main ammo will be D-Cell batteries, film canisters and other stuff, it is breech loading, the ignition is in the back. Also before you mention this, it is made out of ABS which I trust completely.

Note that I didn't use a clean out, but a cap glued to a male threaded adapter, which is safer.

I.Am.Awesome, abs, as long as it isn't cellular core is fine for use in combustion guns. Just don't use it in pnematics.

Rolling Eyes No. PVC is SAFER than ABS in Pneumatics... but someone tested once... Take a hammer... hit a PVC pipe with it *shatters*... hit a ABS pipe... it will bounce back...

ABS pipes is much stronger AND safer in a COMBUSTION gun... but it cant not take repetitive or long pressure very well, which is it why you should not use it for pneumatics.
