This may sound wierd but when i ran out of potatos (Made my first combustion today and shot 4 bags of Russets.) i got 2 rolls of alluminum (cant spell it) foil and ripped some pieces off the rols and put some dirt in them and wrapped it up with a tail on it like the drawing below sorry for it being badly drawn im on a laptop with a touchpad mouse.
The alluminum dirt ball can be made to fit any size barrel mine is a 2" and it broke proffesinal welds on a window with 1/2" steel welded behind it.(Broke the window then broke the welds and dented the heck out of it.) on my old transport truck hehe

thats a pretty good idear
but to make a relly safe ammo just wrap some plasic bag lightly in tape and there u have it a inside ammo that u can shot at people

| It was wet dirt so it was more of explosion when it hit the metal and it had enuff kick to leave me on my back with my eyes as big as saucers then i look up to the the metal thing down inside the truck it completely destroyed the welds and dented it badly the dirt in foil was in thousand of foil pieces lol...and it not very smart to shoot anything at a person that comes from a spud gun as it has some high velocity and since it would be small it would curve wildy and you might hit them in the neck, head , eyes, other sensitive ares lol.

first of all, you never EVER shoot anything, and i mean anything, out of a spudgun at a person. if you want to do that don't discuss it on this forum, it can possibly get you banned. thats a pretty good idea for an ammunition, i do something similar though, i usually take a sock and fill it with sand, then i wrap the sock in duct tape so that it fits snugly in the barrel, it is a very destructive ammunition that can be reused, but i always keep losing them because i keep a "tail" on them that gets wrapped around branches.

| Horray!! Its finnaly someone thats concerened about others peoples safety!! For real though i applaude (sp) You. I have tried this once with wax paper and sand and just like you said its very destructive. Or at least to aluminium cans.

I think it is just stupid to shoot anything from a spudgun or any other high power launcher at a person thats just omg stupid lol would suck having to explain to your friends mother how you accidentaly seriously injured him playing with a spud gun and depending on the type of mother she is you might have some charges filed upon you.

Went outside and shot onther of these monsters at the front winshield of an old car and there pretty tuff it spiderwebbed the crud out of it and put a gaping hole in it i will try to get some pics of the destruction tommarow if i can find my camera cord for the computer =)

yes very good idea. I'm always running out of potatos. I think I'll try it tomorrow.
Do you think a wooden fence could hold up to one of those fired out of a combustion gun loaded with hairspray?

well that video is me using my crappy hairspray combustion wich was the first one i built...you see what it did to a window with a metal plate behind it it killed the welds and bent the plate it will probably obliterate wood.
Ps: Wach out for the recoil when i first tried this i wasnt expecting that much recoil lol.
