Howdy folks! This was my first attempt at a Barrel Sealing Tee Valve and overall it turned out pretty nicely. I had quite a lot of difficulty getting this thing to seal air tight at first, but with some help from Izzy I was able to get this thing working. It's pretty much an exact replica of Izzy's Son of a Zonker but with my 360 Ball Valve Hopper on it. It's 1" Sch 40 with 3/4" Sch 80 barrel and hopper. I have a brass tee connecting my quick connect and blowgun to my chamber. I have 8 10-24 x 1/2" machine screws holding the end plug onto the tee. My diaphram is 3 1/16" neoprene rubber discs with no equilization hole. I have: bolt -> washer -> 3-ply diaphram -> washer -> lock washer -> nut. I can only get it up to ~70psi and I think this is beacuse my pilot valve can't dump the pressure over 70psi fast enough to actuate the diaphram. I was thinking about getting a 3/4" Watermaster or a QEV to solve this problem. Enjoy!

This is one of the best built guns I have ever seen, most people don't take the time to set up the ball valve, blowgun combo.

Pimpmann22... yeah I am planning on making a quick video of this guy in action. Hopefully tomorrow I will break out the camera and make one. Haha ya it's my own homemade supah! Maybe I should sell it for $100 Wink
Atlantis... wow thanks for that great compliment although I am sure you have seen nicer guns than this one! But I will take the compliment Very Happy Ya I really like the way the ball valve, blowgun combo looks and it's very functional.
Like I said, I am hoping to get more pics and videos up tomorrow

3" Supah on a 1"-.75" body sounds a bit OVERKILL! lol Not to mention very out of place on such a small bodied cannon.

At any rate, I see this cannon as a very clean setup and wouldnt suggest alteration. The cannon does look like it has oil or grease on it... There is "blackness" that can be seen in pic 3.
