you could easily use it for combustion just as long its not more then 21.1*C or 70*F and as long as you dont shoot to often as it heats up the pipe and making the pipe weaker,most combustion saty under 50PSI and 60PSI is only a saftey margin so you could really go up to 80PSI but i wouldnt.  |

MrCrowley, as you well know, there isnt *magic* numbers in which PVC's pressure handling ability become noticeably weaker. Just a standard in which most PVC pressure testing tests are done at so there strength rating is comparable in similar environments. Second, your gun must start firing at a fire at a fairly ROF to have that occur. Sure, at the normal rate of firing for a combustion cannon you can notice the cannon become warm [20-30 seconds?]. Only a issue with faster firing combustions such as Gorts Proton Pack and such. [30RPM]
M3NT4L, if your not willing to push your mouse <1mm, but your keyboard ~3cm 134 or so times, so how would 'lazyness' be a influence of such? Ill let everyone to speculate to the true cause... Not to be a @ss, but for the sake of our time dont post when you ignore the whole subject matter of the post clearly defined as a link.
I dont see the benefit of such pipe once you get about its integrity. It cant be used for over-under config 'turns' since a turn for .5"-2" pipe can range from 2.5'-4'! If im not mistaken, this is the spools of 'pipe' you see laying on construction sites. By means if you meant it for a another intended purpose, feel free to expound since im almost always excited to hear new concepts and new ideas. Which im sure other members are to.
On the subject of bending pipe-
Ive seen electricians heat and bend conduit several times on construction sites so the pipe will enter the bottom of the breaker. Id still need to enquire if such a process would make the given a pipe a severity in weakness, via the process. Although I wouldnt think so. Anyways, you could use that same process to bend the pipe from a over-under config gun so that the normally spaced 2 pieces of pipe, would run parallel with a close proximity of each other. Done by bending the pipe after the 180 degree bend, towards the barrel. Once there the pipe would then again be bent straight. Im having major doubts it would look good on guns with a chamber bigger then 2". Just a another idear' to clutter your mind.

I like the fact that it's sun resistant, then it goes to say, "(we do not recommend continual sunlight)".
You could use that stuff to make curved magazines to conserve space, especially at 5ft of 3/4" for a dollar. It would also be good for making a curved stock or trigger guard or some non essential part of the gun, instead of putting your shoulder against a solid straight piece of pipe, you could use a bent section of this stuff for slight padding and comfort for the stock. |

| Pimpmann i know that 60psi is only a regualtion and it could go alot higher then that its the same with DWV pipe.A nd yeah i know they only heat up for less then a minute and then cool down but the hotter the pipe is the less PSI it can widthstand |
