Well, the title is pretty much self-explanatory. I don't see as many vortex BBMGs as I'd like, I think they're really cool. I'll give a free vortex block to whoever makes the best (in my opinion) body/frame for the gun. The winner can name the dimensions of the block they need, and I'll have it done and on the way within the week. I'll do a points system, 40 points is maximum.
Strafer bodies will be rated on:
Aesthetics: 10 points max
Special Stuff: 10 points max
Paintjob: 10 points max
Generally How Cool It Is: 10 points max
I'll declare a winner in a month, or the contest will keep going. If someone tells me their gun will be done in less than 5 days, and the month is over, I'll still give them a chance.
Have fun, and remember, building the gun is one of the funner parts. |

Hmmm... I wish i had even the slightest clue how to make a strafer but i dont. Im so sad. So what would the block be made out of? PVC sheet?
This is a good idea to get more people to make bbmg. |

The block will be made from 1/2" clear acrylic sheet, which will last about.... I don't know, I've been using one of mine a couple months now (about 25-30k rounds), and it has no signs of wear whatsoever.
And a vortex strafer is exactly the same as a cloud, except it has a vortex block right above where the sir comes in. Everyone thinks it's so complicated.  Makes me rip my hair out (not really). |

i would enter but if i dont win than i stuck with the body of a gun i cant use unless i make a vortex block for it (which from what i hear isnt the most easy thing to do) i like the idea of getting people to design ther e own BBMGs but the idea of not having the main component of the gun is kind of discouraging. also if i have cool looking bbmg laying around waiting to know weather or not to make my own block i might go crazyer than i already am  |
