this gun is quite simple to make i made it a long time ago. but its still pretty fun. basically it has a 600ml mountain dew bottle for the chamber and a garden hose attachment for the trigger and a pen for a barrel. i use it to shoot 6mm airsoft bb's.

i forget to add i run it at just over 100 psi. and it packs a bit of a punch. its dissembled now but.

A ball valve would probably work better (which cost less than that fitting), but its still a cool idea. I would also have screwed the bottle onto the connection.

It doesnt screw right into the bottom, it will go in crooked, i have tried it before.

do you use epoxy, i bet it would make a better watergun try using a 2liter the threads are identical

I think it goes crooked depending on how you screw it in

Oh, I never tried that my threads are never identical, soda bottles and hose attachment threads are always diffrent, soda bottles have bar like threads.

thats how i made my second pnuematic they are nice try taking it up to 140 psi its better and still safe also try to find the ballvalve type of hose valve it will hold better and 1" pvc conduit fits over hose threads very nice just add some black tape
