I decided that my hybrid was safe enough to fire from my hands, so I converted it into a handheld launcher. It now has laser guidance, and the rear of the launcher is shaped to looks like a stock. It is a much different experience firing from your hands, and I like it much better.
thats pretty cool. what kind of mix do you take it to? i think its really quite cool that it's hand held, but at the same time i think you are just ever so slightly insane.

Laser Guidance would be awesome, but would also cost a sh|t load, a laser dot in the mean time will do im sure.
Very nice build! I love it, it looks great, nice and clean they way I like 'em.
^^haha, I think a change in words would be in order
It is much cooler as a hand held aparatis. Now you can go rob a bank with it. It would be very difficult to do so while lugging around that large peice of wood that you used to have everything straped to
With darts it is very accurate to about 100 feet or so. My normal shooting distance is about 20 feet, and at this point, the ammo hits with deadly accuracy.
Frank, the spark gap is created by a concept that I thought of and posted on the forums about a month ago, and has since been used a few times. It uses an insulted wire epoxied into a threaded schrader valve.
it looks very nice!!! and after hearing mine shoot at 5x today....you got my respect shoulder firing it! how does it kick? i hope you wear ear defenders
That looks sweet, do you actually fire it from the shoulder? It looks uncomfortable whith all those ball valves. And also, It's nice to hear some good music once in a while
I usually fire it from my waist, and it is quite comfortable. The first time I fired it, I didn't use hearing protection, and that was a big mistake. From now on, I do.
Its nice to see some people here with a good taste in music.
