I have just finished building my first coaxial pnuematic spudgun. The only problem is that there is a leak in it somewhere and I am not quite sure where. Whenever I pump it up, I can hear air coming out of it, likely near the schrader valve, but I cannot feel the air or see the leak. Can anyone give me any help as to how I can find the leak and how to seal it up once I do find it? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Full up the bath tub with water.
Put the gun in the bath fully under water.
And pump See were the air bubbles are coming from
Should work

Remove all the threaded parts and give them 5 wraps of teflon tape counter clockwise. If that disn't work try the bathtub.

Or you could fill the cannon up with water, put some pressure in it, since most wont fit in tub, were water comes out theres your leak! If it's coming out the shrader valve it's probly the valve core, you can get them at auto parts store 5 to a pack. Easy fix there.

or take an unused spray bottle, fill it with soapy water. Then pressurise your chamber, and spray ur gun. Look for the bubbles.

If it fits - The bath tub method is the most re-liable or if it doesn't fit, Jrrdw's method should work

Just if you hadden't thought of this. If your cannons too big for a bath. Use a pool. |

Or if you are a smoker, take a mouth full of smoke, ans led it out gently on the suspicois part. You should see the smoke getting blown away by the leak

What if you're out of water.
If the sky drop's the bird die.
Of course you use the smoke methode inside.
