ok i tried making a pill gun and it didnt work.one of these

ok this is what i did i got the pill bottle drill a hole as big as the pen to the bottom.ok things are good then i got screws and screwed them on the sides the screws werent exactly even like this _ _ they were more like this_ - if you know what i mean.what i mean is that inside they werent facing each other but a little off. (ok i think this is what went wrong )ok then i got the ignitor wires and wrap them around.i put everything together with electric tape.alright i put axe inside and it doesnt work!!!!i tried and tried but nothing.then i open it and se if theres even a spark and nothing.then i put my finger inside the chamber and it shocks me(no big deal i knew it was gonna do that)so then i decide to put a metal piece inside in between the screws and i press the button and it does make a spark!!so i dont know what i did wrong and how do i correct this.could someone guide me step by step thanks alot guys!!!!!

Thats the bad thing about minis is that they are very sensitive. There have already been a couple of forum discusions about things that you can tinker with to fix your gun. Try to get the screws only about 1mm away from each other. Second only put a milli second of fuel in the camber or it will flood. There are more things to tinker with but thats the problems i usally have.

yes mini guns are very sensitive. you have to have it almost perfectly right. It took me a while to get mine working. but the screws need to be as close as you can get them without touching. And for you fuel you can use just about anything that is flammable but axe works the best I think. and you just need to tap the top you dont need alot at all.

oh no wonder the screws were so far apart!!!and i sprayed alot of axe thanx looks like thats all i need!!!looks like i need a new pill bottle!!does it have to be a pill bottle?cant it be something else?

First of all i say you dont have to scrap the whole gun just get longer screws with the same threads. But i guess any bottle would work as long as it has a cap. You also can use a small threaded pipe. I think the spark and the fuel amount is your problem and thats it.

yes but i put a 3rd screw in the bottle Crying or Very sad

to see if that made the spark.would a film canister work?

Ya but that would be EXTREMELY frusterating to get the right fuel mixture. It would work though.

That would be really really hard to not flood it. I have used many different bottles like gatorade bottles soda bottles plastic jars. water bottles anything that is strong enough to handle a small burst and has a lid that screws on and off.

hmm ok so you could make one of any size and any container with a lid but im just double checking.would this work?

oh nevermin that i just realized the lid has holes on it so anyways my other question is you know where you load your ammo in?could it be any size not just pen tube size?would a bigger chamber(i think thats what its called were you spray the axe) make it more powerful?thanx again!!!!

the bigger the chamber the more axe or whatevr you will need so therefore it will be more powerful. yes you could use just about anything for the barrel

using a bigger chamber will improve performance, but a small barrel will kill flow and limit performance, if your chamber gets bigger your barrel should too (brakelines make good barrels)

well i made mine before i saw spudshots post and i made a big camber and pen size barrel and it didnt work.i think i flooded it.everythink else works the screws spark and everything i just dont know what to do ny other tips?i think i did flood it how much am i supposed to put?and would it still work?im using air wick air spray(you know the one that makes the house smell good)

air wick air spray "Should" wor i am not sure though you just need a little bit just really tap the top and close the lid but it all depends on the chamber size

EDIT: well the gun worked thanks.but i lost the cap to the bottle so put a smaller water bottle cap and i put perfume then i pressed it and shot!!but the cap flew back and hit my chest.i got scared!!!1!11111!!!!!!it left a lump!! but at least it shot. i need to find a better cap.or make it somewhere else.there was a big ol flame and the cap hit me!!LOL!!!no serious injuries though
