2 things-
1- anyone have any tips (somewhat detailed plz) on making 1" hot glue pistons?

2- In a 1" tee, do you need to sand/otherwise get rid of, those ridges & things on the inside, you'd think they mess with the piston

edit ok, i got all the info i need for these 2 questions

Use a section of pipe with a 1" ID, hot glue it to a piece of wood, and spray then inside with non-stick cooking spray. Heat up some glue sticks in a pan, and pour them into the section of pipe.

Then, just pull the pipe off the wood (Hot glue isn't very strong), and push out the finished piston- voila!

Really tired right now cant really elaborate too much some one else will pobablv do a better job. But all it really is is a toilet paper roll cut down and taped back togeher at the right size.
