This Pic Explains. This could allow plastic to exceed its limits without a rupture

edit: note that projectile still fires at 300psi.
edit: not that all fitting and anything attached to the combustion chamber is enclosed. it is not as easy as you think, high safety comes at prices, but this design allow more mix than just one pipe.

Wow, I would have never thought of that. I think that it would work, but how are you gonna get a combustion to reach 300, hybrid? Also keep in mind that forces on concave and convex surfaces are different.

it is for a hybrid. i dont know which side is stronger, but i am guessing the outside of any pipe is the strongest. in the diagram, i assumed that they are the same.

OK i reallized that the first idea is confusing so here is the same thing but in relative pressure.http://www.imagehosting.us/imagehosting/showimg.png/?id=56954 7

you should know not to double post by now Wink i replied to it on your forum, saying how i dont think it would work because from the continued stress of 190 psi on both the outer pipe, and the outside of the inner pipe, it would eventually fail on you

shouldnt the pipe be rated? and i think the burst disk will stop ruptures from sending plastic everywhere
