My little cousin has new Uzi and AR-15 Electric Airsoft Guns. Last night a bb jammed up the AR-15, sooooo like a good dad (my other cousin) decided to take it apart and unjam it. Guess what? Thats rite, twangggg parts aflying! Soooo when i got there today Nick my little cousin and 2 of his buddies came trotting up to my van cousin jerry, cousin jerry, can you fix this? Soooo 45 minutes later i had it back to gather, with 1 problem, they lost the little rod that holds the stack gears in place, inbetween the motor and bolt drive and catch. I think i got some wire up in the shop that will work for a guide rod.

And before you laugh at my time keep in mind, i never seen the inside of 1 of these, and i'm not the 1 who took it apart, i think thats a good time for my 1st!

That gun was my very first airsoft gun! They were fun little things, not serious like a full size AEG... Sure, you could dodge the BB's flying at you, but they were cheap... they only shot like 120 fps... really slow...

But they were super fun, you could dual wield them and have amazing matrix like battles with em too, cuz they are so light you can run and jump just as good as normal...

I am not sure what you are trying to explain here....... Are you missing a gear axle? Anyways, you should be able to take a long nail and cut the head and point off with a hacksaw, then use that. I wouldn't use the wire, because it will bend eventually, and cause the gears to grind, and, ahhh not good. But, also, to prevent jams, you should tell them to never pick up the bb's from the ground, and never buy the super cheap ones. Get cybergun or flying colors bb's for the .12g ones, which that gun uses. Also, never ever get the light green ones. For some reason, they really really suck. Get any other color, just not bright green. But, anyways, if all else fails, don't fear, these only cost about 20 bucks. (Which I think is rediculous for how horrible their performance is.) LOL, these things are just ammo wasters, nothing else. You might as well be pouring your bottle down the sewer drain. While you are lecturing them about their ammo, tell them to never buy one of these again, and to get a shotgun. (Which should be well within their budget, and shoot way better)

Yea, you could call it a axle. Even a finishing nail would be to big around. It only has to be 1/4" long because the bottem rides in a cup. As a matter of fact i have a left over blow gun dart, cutting that down will be perfect. I'm glad you guys thought of that, lol.

those little mini's are fun at airsoft wars to do gauntlets. when i play, i take the two mini-uzis that i have and shoot at the kid who was dumb enough to stand 20 feet downrange with his shirt off.... kinda fun..... i guess........
