This is an idea i came up with for a mag fed bbmg, it is sort of a cross between a vortex and taker labs sweeper design, the picture will probably explain it better than i can so just look at that and ill answer any questions anyone has.

That's been done before. It should work. I've seen it on a guys webpage, but can't find it. (Last time I saw page the guy wrote he'd lost interest(?)
You'd still get better performance with a BV between barrel and vortex. And constant pressure to rest.
(Like JSR mentioned in other thread).
You could also use a seperate vortex in each mag. (like in one of Davidvaini's threads). |

yh i would put a ball valve between the barrel and vortex, i didnnt put any valves or anything in the pic just the idea for the mag and how it would work.
I would have a separate vortex in each mag otehr wise io think it would be hard to load the mag into the gun. |

| The tube of BBs on the left would have to be cut to go flush with the inside of the V-block, but it would work, yeah. |

The beauty of having the ball valve in front of the barrel is that even if you had a 1,000,000 BB magazine (which realistically, you'd reload once a month ) you'd get the same performance, because the chamber is always at the pressure your air supply is putting out, as opposed to having the air supply feed into the chamber, which makes your BBMG less powerful as the volume gets bigger. |

| if i setup the ball valve to be just infront of the mag and used it like a normal trigger i could possibly make a uzi styled gun which would be quite cool. |

Ah, but not much room to fit the massive air tank you'll need to feed the BBMG's healthy appetite for air. |

| It will most likely be attached to a compressor to start with because thats all i have at the moment, so that pipe can stick out the back |

| Make the mag 1/2. and then attach a smaller tube to the end so you can have better bb capacity |
