Is it safe to bore out a PVC male adaptor with a dremel? I'm building a semi auto marble barrel for my pneumatic. I need to be able to bore out a 1/2" Sch. 40 male adaptor to fit a marble through. I usually run my gun at 80-100 psi, so would boring it out significantly affect its pressure rating?

No, you can deffinatly do thats as it is only the barrel, and even then only the magazine.
