Not really following what's going on in the topic but i'd guess it's some sort of sear, pull the trigger which makes that semi-circle thing go anti-clockwise which pulls what ever is holding the bow string back, down, and the string goes over the top as it goes down, and is released, firing the arrow.
Edit: I see you're still online, and should've replied by now unless you are still clueless. Go to how stuff works and read up on how revolvers work. |

*sigh*
This member has been kicking up topics frequently in the last few days with no clue to what he is doing. I told him he needs to learn the principles before he can understand the big picture.
He then asks how a sear trigger works when a simple google search would bring up 'how stuff works' which has a brilliant animation.
Regardless I still tell him exactly how a sear trigger works, waiting for a reply or confirmation that he now knows how it works and I don't need to direct him to how stuff works, he never did reply though he was online for quite some time.
I'd prefer if he said he still didn't get it, then not reply at all. I could see my post as being some what confusing to a new comer.
Now please don't tell me I have no respect, if I had no respect I would've deleted his post and PM'd him with a not so nice message.
Where's your respect ant? Maybe you could back up my post in your own words to explain it better or even confirm the diagram this guy was talking about was infact the one I explained.
Sorry for getting shitty like this but I feel I didn't deserve that comment at all. |
