It looks like a pen barrel, but I could be wrong. Is that magazine a pill container? That's pretty clever. I assume you connect that threaded part at the bottom to an air source?

yes its a pen a pill bottle and a shrader valve i hook it to my tire chuck.

its made out of bondo i used another pill bottle filled it with bondo and vibrated it till all the air was out then i used a hack saw and a drill to finish it up
