This is my first Barrel Sealing Coaxial Piston Cannon I have created and i think that I actually had more fun building it than I do firing it. It is very very powwerful for how small it is. The chamber is 2'' and the barrel is 3/4'' and the piston is made from a 1-1/4'' coupler. To relieve the pilot i have used a modded sprinkler valve. The pictures explain it all and any design suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Haha the only older piece of PVC is the chamber only because I had it in my garage... no damage pics yet im gonna take some tomorrow... I can't find any good ammo for 3/4'' barrels? any ideas?
I like it simple yet efficient. Does the piston seal up good, im thinking of making one like this one but are coaxial sprinkler actuated piston guns as good as the old fashioned sprinkler guns.
as good? they are much better if you use a spinkler to actuate it. its kind of like a large homemade version of a sprinkler valve but instead of a diaphram its a piston. and instead of a blowgun actuating it, its a sprinkler valve.

i think the damage pics are gonna be of you that pipe looks really old its yellow
killagorrila, don't call him a ho just because he's got a better cannon than you!
Nice cannon though. I like the fact that you used an O-ring on the piston. That gives it much more reliable equalization that you can control by choosing the size of the equalization port. Too bad I still haven't found anybody who can do O-ring grooves for me yet.
Yea I own a Jet Mini Lathe and I use a chuck on it that tightens around the coupler used for the piston and cuts ideal o-ring grooves. As for the PVC being old it is only about 3 months old so i put my full trust into it. It somehow became discolored. I used an O-ring on it because it slides better and i just created an equalization hole for air to fill the chamber. I do however need help with the seal. I am using a neoprene washer and it slowly leaks into the barrel???
