hmm...not sure about pvc rockets but I have another method that has served me well for a 2" barrel.
*Take an empty "liquid nails" tube and fill it with your choice of filler (whether it be caulk or dirt...hell, even water) about 3" from the top and pack down tightly.
*Make a solid newspaper ball that fits stugly inside the end of the tube and shove 'er in as tight as you can!
*put a layer of hot glue or epoxy over the newspaper
*tape/hot glue a couple tails for stability and there ya go! |

| There is the method presented here on how to make PVC rockets. I'm sure you could try to scale it up. However, with that kind of bore size, it may just be easier to do what brplatz suggested. |

| For making paper darts, I use the method described here. |

I think he was referring to the rockets I was talking about. And to answer your question, YES.
They do explode on close-range high impact shots when filled with something light and semi-solid (ex: flour, dirt, sand, etc.).
But when filled with a cured solid (ex: cement, caulk, epoxy, etc.) they are more of a penetrating round than anything and will likely demolish anything in its path Muahahahahahahahaha...lol |

| Oh okay quess it was just me and my paranoia. When i hear the word explode I think of the stuff in my garage. Hmm pvc rocket do sound like a good idea. My only problem would be finding some thing to flare them with. |
