There should be a page added to the rule page that tells noobs what not to do, like posting repetative questions and what not to post where. I recently saw a Honking Question in the Theories page. This page should be shown right after registering an account, with a "I agree to the terms above" This might help keeping the noobish questions down toa minimum, also, the search bar shgould be more visible, like at the top where Cannons, and Album are located.
