Looks like it's in good shape as it is. A coat of wax will shine it up, tires look good, looks like the top needs fixed though. Now just strech out the frame and mount the blown Chevy engine and he's golden. I don't see any real problems with this plan.

So following that rule, he is compensating and thus he probably just lost his girlfriend or something like that then.
I think it should be converted into a paintball warmachine.
