Lol I know that's what it looks like, but actually this has been in the pipeline for a few weeks now, I was just waiting for the pen I ordered to arrive so I could cannibalise it for parts  |

That sort of piston should last the life of the launcher as long as it's well supported. |

This one.
Originally I wanted to fit the coax in the pen body, but I was a little too heavy handed while hacking it up
Maybe I should find a clicky-top, incorporated trigger... |

That's silicone tubing, it keeps the cap in place.
