Is there any PVC pipe that fits ping pong balls. If not how can I make a barrel that does.

well 1.5" fits them well, but i wouldnt use explosive liquids to fill it, i've had several break in a combustion launcher, and if they were filled with something flammable my chamber would have been done for, and possibly i would have been too

Well the thing is I wanted something that will fit a ping pong ball without wadding, I doubt 1.5 will.

i wonder if it matters what its made out of. its not taking too much pressure is is? i guess even 1.5" pvc with foam on the inside may work.

The foam would burn up, but thanks for the response. I think you are on the right track though.

Nah, my first gun was right guard powered but this one is going to be propane. Maybe PVC pipe but do that thing where you sleeve it only make that the barrel. The thing where you cut a gap then close the gap and the pipe diameter gets smaller.

perhaps you could put 1" pvc down 1.5" pvc, then fill it with expanding foam, let it set and then pull out the 1" pvc. that may fit alright.

No, I should probably do that. Thanks for the advice everyone, looks like the first thing I need to do is buy some ping pong balls.

ping pong balls i shot quite a bit. mostly ive found that non schedual 40 pvc pipe works great or barrels. dont know if its accuraltly to say but they tend to have a bit bigger inside. alot of looking inside pipes and a dud ammo helps hope it helps |
