Ok, this has a few advantages over some of the other breach-loading mechanisms:
It uses nearly stock parts.
It loads from the rear, allowing for long, or oddly shaped ammo.
It does not involve cutting large segments of the pipe out. (which of course weakens it.)
It should be nearly leak free.

To make your barrel, you put your pipe through some retaining hoops, and attach a peg or two on the rear.
To make your receiver for your barrel, solvent weld a coupler onto your air intlet, and make some r-shaped groves in it. (the pegs go in these, to keep the barrel on the launcher)
When you are done, it might look something like this:
diagram
A: (wooden) retaining hoop
B: Chamber
C: Barrel
D: Peg
E: "r" shaped groove
F: Coupler
G: Valve

You might want to reverse where the coupler and peg are attached - it could be difficult to securly attach a peg into the side of a pipe... and this would not be a problem if you just put it all the way through it - something you can't do with the coupler where it is, for obvious reasons. (the ammo can't go through a bolt!)
