I have been thinking about repeating hybrids and I thought that a
2 stroke whipper-snipper motor with a tee piece where the spark plug
is. Then a spark plug is connected on one end of the tee piece and a
piston valve for a hybrid (I don't know anything about suck valves, I
just saw it mentioned) and a tee magazine. The motor is cranked over
one revolution to the point of ignition where the magneto triggers
the spark plug at which point it fires and so on.
What do you think.

This is a great idea, as long as you ensure you have a good fuel mixture (you probably can't rely on the carburetor for this- perhaps a steady flow of metered propane metered with a venturi).

I'm also unsure if the magneto will reliably provide a spark at low pressure, and you will need to find a motor with good compression or create new seals to get a decent mixture at the fairly low speed you will be rotating it at.

Lastly, you need some kind of one way gear mechanism so the firing won't break your wrist while using the hand crank.

Good, viable idea though Wink

It would be simple enough to bol a crank to where the pull start is
thus taking advantage of the built in ratchet.
