Seriously though, there are many things besides firearms that qualify as a DD. The most notable is the inclusion of "Any sealed device containing dry ice (CO2) or other chemically reactive substances assembled for the purpose of causing an explosion by a chemical reaction."

Hey, guess what! I got banned by Scott… he also completely deleted the “I was banned…” thread, what I said before, about him not being all bad, I take it back.
He never even gave a reason, I tried to log in and it told me I didn’t exist! Little back stabber… |

You are kiddin' me right? 
It appears you have missed a big issue, so i'd prefer if you stay out of it rather then comment on something you are oblivious to.
This was a big issue for Spudfiles, it had to get sorted out as many members were confused to what was actually going on and were told lies by scottcrete in order for them to join his forum.
If you had read the original post, I wouldn't have to explain it to you. But there definitely was more then enough reason to sort this out.

It appears you've been banned also? All your posts on his site are now under 'anonymous' and you've been cleared off the member list. Now there are only 9 members, 6 of which are either Mod or Admin  |

BC pneumatics, depends on your definition of honor; at least I didn’t fall on my sword (cowardly in my book), rather I was shot in the back (cowardly on Scott’s part)!
Do the mods mined if answer BigBob’s question?
EDIT: oh yeah, “TheBoss” is an awful lot like “TheJudge”; not only did he shoot me in the back, he stole my name! |

The image I was trying to paint was one of a man going down trying to save literal steel, and of course do not condone anyone abandoning a sinking vessel unless all women, children, and coquerel's sifakas are safely aboard lifeboats.
Still, I must say I would rather fall on my sword than butcher the innocent. Could you imagine the poor soul that stumbles upon his site, and walks away thinking that is what tater cannons are really about? I have respect for your attempts, but I hope you can see now that anything you could have done to help him would have hurt the community as a whole in the long run.
With some of the things that I have seen, and that have been said, combined with this new name of his, lead be me believe that this guy had to create a world where he could be at the top of the food chain. I do not think he could much stand being around here and having to earn a spot amongst the greats. Personally, I do not know why I would go somewhere were the only people that could congratulate me are ones who know less, and have done less. I am happy to be in a place where when people tell me I have done good, I can take it to heart, because I respect them.
Also, I hate to be a stickler... but 'The Judge' is stolen from the single best car produced, who stole it from 'Laugh-In', so you are a small part of a long line of 'theft'  |

What? No, I came up with it my self, if it copy’s some existing name it unintentional, honest.
If you really must know were I got it, it’s from my slightly egotistic mind trying to come up with a callsign; since, at the time, the cannon I was going to use in paintball was going to be called “valkyrie”, which means “choosers of the slain”, I thought that “The Judge” went with the theme, it had a nice ring to it so kept it.
BigBob, I was going to ask Sco… TheBoss when he planed to stop hiring moderators and administrators! |

In a while I bet that it will have a couple hundred members and maybey %75 of them are mods 
the only way he would get people onto his little site would be to email random people saying what he said in the PM |
