So this is my second - and compared with my first one - very advanced Mini Cannon.
It's made out of low flammabality PVC-pipes, but unfortunately not pressure-rated. (That kind of pipes don't exsist in our building stores)
Well the caps are wood reinforced and everything is glued together with epoxy and screwed, too. Only the two middle parts are connected with a depth bolt, so I can open the champer when somethins is not allright.
I use little 6mm steel bullets, a magnet at the end of the barrel holds the bullets in position.
The sparkle comes from a piezo ingition connected with two screws.
I'll upload some damage pics or vids the next days, the weather is too bad right now

Your chamber volume is overkill, and if it's minis with performance you want, you're better off turning to pneumatics  |

That book is not yet closed, my clog wearing tulip sniffing windmill framed friend. Don't you have a dyke you need to stick your finger in?

Nice gun I'm also building 2 mini guns.. one made out of pvc that uses a chamber fan , dual ignition and a burst disc setup that will be used at a 2x mix and I'm building a mini copper hybrid still need to find a fitting but I'll post it soon...
You might want to look into using fans and some type of meter system to get accurate fueling to get optimum performance. 
JSR don't disincourage the mini builders  |

Back on topic, I don't think you should be suggesting hybrids, mini or otherwise, to someone who only seems to have DWV at his disposal it's a well made mini, mind you, the use of wooden plugs epoxied in place reminds me of my own early piston designs.

Technically, yes and I took the above design to 80 psi without failure, note that it's a fairly thick plug though. |

The above design has excessive pilot volume. Add another balsa-donut!
Can the air leak past the syringe piston for equalization? I thought those were pretty airtight.

Well, at least I can put my finger in the dyke without having to worry about it hardening.

We'll be there side by side, but actually I'd rather drive around in a 4x4 with a pneumatic gatling gun on top.

Look again, two schrader valves.
OT: Cool gun, but I'd certainly look into better construction materials if you want to step it above a spray 'n' pray. |

I was 16 when I made this, Jeebus that was 11 years ago! I was young and foolish and yes, airtight piston so 2 schraders.

It's a Landrover, NOT a Jeep  and yes, the plan is to have it in desert sand colour.... eventually. |

Yes poland, if it wasn't for the distance, age and the (assumed) combination of genders, I could be wearing a wedding ring by now, made out of epoxy, of course.
