This is just the 3 way that MRR and -_- made with two tees, 3 nipples, and the spool with 3 o-ring seals. it can be made into a semi with a simple tee mage or doing what I want to do, which is add a tee mag right in front of the barrel port and have the end of the threaded rod (which will be grinded to a smaller point for better flow because I am dealing with airsoft caliber) push a round into the barrel each time it is pushed and block off the mag to prevent double feeds. The easiest way to construct the loading part would be some sort of casting. I am stumped on that part but you get the idea. With this layout it would be awsome to put in a wood stock and add a lever for a handle to push the spool and trigger the gun. Thoughts?

It appears to be a smart way to do it, however i'm thinking a hammer valve would be so much easier to make and have better performance if you bought the right parts. and in terms of the mag seal, if your mag tube is a good fit then adding a reciprocating seal isn't worth the trouble and has more potential to hurt performance.

but you have to recock the hammer so it would not be true semi.

well i don't need my any more because i got a real one work today for free 1/4'' ports.

prepare for super low definition pic

edit: in the pic it looks like your trying to use floating Orings i don't think it would work because they would sagg and not get into the nipple.

and to make it a bit shorter you can cut the last two nipples in half and use one on both

there are repeating hammer valves; valves that re-cock themselves. Look at a non-electro-pneumatic semi auto paintball gun.

Yeah I was going to say that ramses, but making that wouild be a total PITA. Also -_-, nice valve, and I see what you're saying about cutting a nipple in half.

I've thought of this design before and there is a very easy way to make it a pcp self cocking mechanism. All you have to do is to decrease the surface area of the middle sealing, left and right stay the same.

Closed position: The seals left and right are balanced

Opened position: The chamber vents -> the left seal has a bigger surface than the middle -> hits back, cocks the hammer and closes the right side.

nice find...

@MRR
well if you think of it there is more of a 3 way than hammer valve in it. Not taht there is a clear distinction between the two concepts... I'd say it's a bit arbitrary
