Well....I tried to make some darts only to find my milk jugs still had a little milk and the smell was horrendous, so I had to toss them
Heres an idea. You could make a mold with like 10 cones equally spaced on it, all the same size. There would need to be holes drilled through the base of what the cones are attached to.
The use a vacuum molding machine to mold the plastic around the mold.
The plastic those things usually use would work very well for these. You could easily make hundreds of those little cones quickly. Some schools have these vacuum molding machines in the tech dept etc.. Just an idea anyway.
ive thought of using one, but i dont know where i can find one. i could make my own i suppose....
i made a few of these, maybe ill post pics of my broadheads. i just hammered the coat hangar wire flat and then ground the flat part down on the woodshop angle grinder in my school.
