I was wondering if it would be feasible to make a mini pneumatic that works like a spring air powered pellet or airsoft gun. Perhaps a syringe with a rubber band on the back as the chamber.

no, amchanical pencil gun is when yyou take off the tip of the pencil. then there is still the outer shell, and the inside peice that moves around. then you use a rubber band to launch the inside piece forward to shoot anything you put in the barrel. i dont explain stuff well, so dont ask me to explain more!
