I need to no who 2 make my photo files smaller,i want to submit some pics but i cant cuz they just are to big to fit onto the page,any links or a way how would be really helpfull,thanks guys

Open it up in ms paint. Go Image> strech/skew. Then change the horizontal and vertical by the same (i.e. make them both 50%). Keep making it smaller until it will work.

What shrimphead said, but one thing: you don't want to do it incrementaly, shrinking 50% and then another 50%, and so on untill you are happy. This tends to degrade image quality quite a bit.
Instead, do it all in one step, shrinking it 75% or whatnot.

And don't forget to "crop" the picture. We don't need 60% of the picture to be your wall when we are just interested in the gun.
