I am not going to go through and start deleting/locking threads, but I like to keep this forum a bit more mature than it has been lately. Threads asking about random crap is not welcome.

I like to be a laid back guy but I am not going to let this section turn into an off-topic section. Theopia is for total off-topic randomness.

| Its just that stupid topics like that take up space on whereever PCGUY runs this site... That then costs him money... so, lets not fill up his space with stupid crap. Yah know what I mean? I think the mods need to go through and delete some of the crap. It would help de-clutter spudfiles and make for a better community. Roguesci.com had every right to kick you off. Most of the cannons here are really just slightly dangerous toys. What they work with is serious, and they can't have idiots like you, (who seem near incapable of forming a coherent sentence if your last post was any indication of your language abilities) blowing themselves up with information found on their site. They must be on several government watchlists already, and post whores and general morons, who come on asking how to mix up a batch of C4 don't exactly improve their status with the powers that be.

Now that I think of it, we have been getting a lot of really random threads lately. It seems as though these sections stray off topic quickly without close supervision. |

It's very hard to tell someone to bugger off to Theopia(in a nice way) without that person having a fit. A lot of members simply don't understand why they can't post in that section. EVen when I explain it.
That's why i've been a bit softer in trying to decide what can stay and what can't. Also a lot of members like to find out stuff about one another, hence the 'tall' thread.
But don't worry, I shall now rule with a slighter harder iron fist in this section  |

It may indeed not be the purpose of this forum to talk about this kind of stuff. But some members just like to talk about general stuff besides spudguns. We are in fact a community to talk about cannons, but I consider members of this forum as a form of "friends" and like to talk about other stuff as well.
It makes things more personalized.
Ofcourse things shouldnt get out of control and topics should have reason to be posted. But a offtopic topic so now and then isnt really a problem right? |
