I can get about 20 "stots" from a single charge of my tank. The Piston on the end of the steel rod is some electrican tape roled up until it fits in the pipe, then I have 2 o rings on on the ends of the tape, which are epoxied on. Tommorrow I will buy a 7 foot 1/4 inch hose to replace the tiny 7 inch 1/8 inch hose. The cylinder is 1/2 inch sch 80, sleeved at the end is some 3/4 inch sch. 40 galv. steel, with an endcap and a 1/2 inch ball valve. I might get some bondo to make it look like a tube(I will but it in some 1 1/4 inch pipe and pour in the bondo, or cast epoxy. I have pointed the tip.

Here is a diagram of the shank and the piston. The blue is actually a quite dark blue, but the camera flash made it look alot lighter. I keep it by my bed Twisted Evil. JK, I just stabb wood, plastic, and it will even shatter some 1 inch Thinwall pipe Evil or Very Mad

Um. No, I mean this design you've posted in this thread Wink

Compare a captive bolt gun and it's operation to what you've made and see what I mean.

Then back to what you're going to do with yours Razz
